This year we have teamed up with Alessandro Bartesaghi to create an amazing panettone to share with you all.

Alessandro is an extremely talented baker beginning his training in Italy before continuing in Paris. We are now lucky to have him reside in Melbourne where he continues his passion for pastry and baking Italian specialties.
