This year on Saturday 11th November we will be holding the final Toothy 10s tournament at Orange Emus Rugby.

What started on a humble paddock in Harden by Nicks friends has grown into a legacy Nick would be blown away by. The decision to hang up the boots comes with a mixed bag of joy, sadness and excitement. Not an easy decision but grief doesn’t follow a linear path and this year marks 8 years since Nicks accident, now feels right for us to focus on navigating life without him.

Not before one massive final party and LAST Hurrah!

The Toothy 10s tournament in partnership with The Nick Tooth Foundation has raised over ½ a million dollars - supporting research into and improving outcomes from sports related head injuries and promoting well being of the rugby community.

The Nick Tooth Foundation has made significant donations to:
  • Major benefactor has been Hunter Medical Research Institute run by Dr Andrew Gardner to support. Undergoing significant research into concussion management and improving outcomes from Head trauma.
  • Donations to Blue Card Initiative and implementation with Rugby Australia
  • Partnership with Batyr and NSW Rugby for the ‘Lets get talking tour’, promoting mental health for our Australian youth.
  • Westpac Helicopter
  • As well as smaller donations to rugby clubs and fundraisers supporting the rugby community.
We are extremely proud of the T10s legacy and the changes the Nick Tooth Foundation has been able to contribute to.

We want to thank the organisers, sponsors and supporters for making this all possible.

Hoping many will join us this year in Orange at Emus Rugby Club for One final party for Nick.
