David from Norland Fig Orchard has 600 trees with the most amazing varieties of figs!  He shares his very personal story about how this producer started and the sensational ways you can use figs!  David purchased the 1876 orchard in recent years and aided by the previous owner has a great story to tell.
Sophie Hansen is a celebrated author, Food editor, social media and marketing icon, deer farmer, and awarded Australian Rural Woman of the Year.   She shares some of the secrets from her wide range of treasured books and recipes and some insights into her newest release "Around the Kitchen Table". Richard from Franklin Road Preserves tells his wonderful story of a backyard full of cucumbers and what drove him to create a thriving preserves business using organically grown yummy fresh ingredients. The eggplant chutney (Brinjal Kasundi) is to die for, as is the Roasted Tomato sauce.
S.J from Second Mouse Cheese Company will delight with her story of how a cheese making class inspired her to become an Artisan Cheesemaker. All her cheeses are 100 percent handmade, hand packed and produced using the best milk sourced from local family-owned independent dairies.  Inspriring!
