The annual steak showdown is back as Beef Off returns to The Boatshed on Monday, 2 August, from 7pm.
Cheer on our 5 competing Beef Producers: Stanbroke, JBS, Signature Beef, Macka's Australian Black Angus Beef and Kilcoy Global Foods, as the chefs take to the grill to serve the perfect wet aged sirloin. With a blind taste testing of each dish, guests will vote to determine the best cooked sirloin and winner of the Beef Off Plaque. You be the judge! The 5 producers’ best beef will be showcased and paired with a 3 hour beverage package so that guests can enjoy the ultimate indulgence! |
