More on our host, Gee David... "Originally hailing from Wales, Gee was indoctrinated into the liquor industry from an early age and brings over 25 years of hospo experience to the table. His career has spanned many aspects of the industry, mostly bartending which led to a move into Consultancy and Education. With London as 'home' for almost 20 years, travel was a given and Gee has worked with bars and bartenders all over the globe. He currently heads up the Advocacy Team at SouthTrade International, specialising in American Whiskey and in particular The Buffalo Trace Distillery Whiskies Gee has been leading masterclasses and spirits training programs across the country in his role as the National Training Manager for Southtrade since 2011.
