Vegan Night
For one delicious evening, INDU hosts a special vegan dinner featuring the signature dishes from our Village inspired Sri Lankan menu. Head Chef Subrata Saha designs an innovative menu sure to excite your tastebuds. In classic INDU style, this feast is a celebration of the heart-warming spices and flavours of the subcontinent, just without the meat. We've also lined up some incredible, vegan wines available to pair at a small additional charge.

Our vegan nights are a hit every month, and in January we have a very special guest appearance - Rhys Watson-Lamb, one of Sydney's most creative young chefs, will be working alongside INDU head chef Subrata Saha to create a special vegan menu.  We WILL sell out, so please book early.

INDU will welcome Chef Rhys Watson-Lamb (Kid Kyoto) to the kitchen for a Vegan Night like you've never seen it before as part of Good Food Month. He will be bringing dishes from his Japanese restaurant and transforming them into delectable Sri Lankan dishes.
