Pascal Marchand is a bit of a hurricane, and he is blowing into Melbourne for a short while in May. We're honoured and privileged to have him at The Cellars for one very special night. A Quebec Native, Pascal has carved out a considerable reputation for himself through a fifteen year stint at Domaine Comte Armand in Pommard, as well as time at Domaine de Vougeraie. Since starting his own Negociant business in 2010 with Moray Tawse, he has gone from strength to strength, and is now able to get his hands on fruit from an enviable fourteen Grand Cru Vineyards! His passion on the topic of vineyard and soil literally drips off him as he talks, and a night spent drinking wine with him always leaves one walking away with questions as well as a vast array of newfound knowledge.
