To raise awareness of the greater message for bars and restaurants to start being more sustainable, the Four in Hand and Trash Tiki have team up with award winning mixologist Kurtis Bosley to bring you an event experience about all things cocktails!​

​Trash Tiki is a pop up and online platform that seeks to create all ingredients for a tiki bar from off cuts, unsold products and other raw materials destined for the bin.

So, get your hands on tickets and help raise awareness.

Elimbah Luau - Jim Beam Double Oak, Aged Lemon Aspen Cordial 
D&D Gimlet - Jim Beam Rye, Courvoisier VSOP Cognac, Pineapple Tepache, Macadamia Orgeat, Grapefruit Stock 
Black & Tan Sour  - Jim Beam Black, Honey Cream, Roasted Wattleseed, Lemon Stock & Juice 
Trashed Spritz  - Maker's Mark, Watermelon Wine, Seablight, Cider 
'Wild Card'  - Unique to this dinner created with Maker's Mark Bourbon, to be announced on the night 

The Food: 
Cappelilini, saffron, bottarga and mint 
Herb baked leatherjacket fillet, cos purée, ragout of prawns and baby peas, gordal olive, snow pea tendril 
Smoked and slow cooked whole wagyu rumpcap, Jerusalem artichoke purée, cavolo Nero, crispy roasted marrow, smoked beef vinaigrette 
Chocolate mousse, lemon parfait, fennel soil, fennel pollen ice cream
