Over time this can take a toll on our body, with tension building up around our shoulders, neck and hips and this can make us feel tight and lethargic. Yoga not only works on the body to release tension, but also helps to connect with mind and spirit, helping you to let go of things that have been bothering you, so that you can feel lighter and more positive.
