Join us for a touch of French hospitality at the Chic Easy this Spring and experience the craft which goes into Chandon S - a refreshing take on the original champagne cocktail.
Over the course of one hour and a half, you will journey through French heritage whilst being introduced to the Chandon winery’s latest wine, Chandon S, which follows the traditional French champagne making process ‘methode traditionnelle’ combined with a unique twist to the ‘dosage’ – Australian hand crafted orange bitters. Beginning with a hands-on boulangerie workshop you will learn about French-style bread making techniques before moving onto a cocktail masterclass and then concluding at the lawn – the perfect place to enjoy the perfect serve and a game of pétanque with friends. Naturally along the way you will enjoy Chandon S in both its natural form and in a chic cocktail serve! Whether you are looking to learn something new, or an afternoon out with friends, the Chic Easy is the perfect way to enjoy French hospitality with an Australian twist. ^Be quick, limited spots available!
