Bombay Sapphire presents a botanically-inspired paired cocktail and dining experience, in collaboration with the Botanic Gardens restaurant and some of Sydney’s most creative bartenders from The Barber Shop, The Rook and 360 Bar and Dining.
Elevate your gin drinking experience with an interactive, sensory journey through the ten exotic botanicals found in Bombay Sapphire vapour-infused gin. Bookings are essential. The $49 + booking fee ticket includes 2 dishes and 2 cocktails of your choice, within an allocated 2-hour dining session. There is opportunity to purchase additional dishes and cocktails at $12 per item. Please ensure you arrive on time to maximise your experience, and note that each session is strictly two hours in duration.
