With a 15 sq meter screen set up in Custom’s Square, don’t miss the opportunity to be part of the best race-viewing experience in our exclusive Chandon Summer marquee. Melbourne Cup Carnival at Quay Bar will offer an exclusive area with live entertainment, best dressed and lucky door prizes, an all-inclusive food and beverage package. Enjoy Peroni, Chandon and soft drinks from the bar along with a roving canapes and a charcuterie station set out with all your favourite antipasti. Fresh rock oysters, cured salmon, a selection of sliced meats and cheeses, organic breads and drips will be amongst the vast spread. Touch-up stations will be on-site to make sure you’re always looking your best and TAB facilities will be available in the square.
