  • Reservation & Payment
    To secure your reservation, full prepayment is required at the time of booking, and a non-refundable booking fee applies. Cancellations made before 1 December will receive a full refund, excluding the booking fee. All cancellation must be submitted by email to in house dining reservation. For cancellations on or after 1 December, any changes to guest numbers, or no-shows, the full prepayment will be retained.
  • Special Offers
    • The Early Bird Offer is limited to the first 50 tickets sold and is subject to availability.
    • The Group Offer is available for a single booking of 10-full paying guests and includes 2 complimentary Food & Soft Drinks packages.
  • Dining Experience
    • Beverage service is available during the designated event period only.
    • Alcohol service is subject to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements. Guests must be 18 years or older to consume alcohol and may be required to provide valid identification upon request.
    • Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
    • Menu and beverage selections are subject to change without prior notice.
    • Guests are encouraged to arrive on time, as late arrival may impact the overall dining experience.
  • Public Holiday Surcharge
    A 15% surcharge applies to beverages purchased on Christmas Day.
  • Dietary Requirements & Allergens
    While we will do our best to accommodate dietary requests, please note that due to the nature of a buffet service, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens. Guests with severe allergies are advised to exercise caution.
  • Dress Code
    Smart casual attire is required, and festive touches are warmly encouraged.
  • Table Allocation
    Tables can accommodate up to 10 guests. For larger parties, allocated tables will be positioned close together wherever possible. Please note that the Grand Ballroom has no windows. While we will do our best to accommodate seating preferences, specific table requests (such as sitting next to the buffet area or a particular location) cannot be guaranteed.
  • Shangri-La Circle
    The prepayment for this reservation does not qualify for earning or redeeming Shangri-La Circle points or vouchers.
