Seating Arrangement
Table allocation will be finalised on the day of the event, with a maximum of 6 guests per table.

Booking Policy
  1. Guest(s) must purchase tickets for all members of their group in a single transaction. Unfortunately, additional seats cannot be added on the day. A booking fee will apply.
  2. Modifications to ticket dates will not be permitted after purchase.
  3. Prepayments are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or cancellation. The prepayment is non-transferable for hotel credits. This venue is not participating in the Shangri-La Circle programme, and payments cannot be used to earn or redeem Shangri-La Circle points.
  4. The buffet menu is subject to change without notice. Additional drinks will be available for purchase on the day. Alcoholic beverages will only be served to guests aged 18 years and above, and photo ID may be required.
  5. Special dietary requirements will be accommodated separately.
  6. Candles, flowers, props, or tableware must not be taken after the experience ends. Charges may apply for missing items. Any outstanding balance must be settled by card before departure. Payments made by card will incur a merchant fee.
