Guests will enjoy a delectable menu showcasing the finest produce from WA's regions, perfectly paired with wines from some of Australia’s most celebrated regions. We can't wait to show you what we have as entertainment for this year's awards. Then, as the formalities draw to a close, the celebration continues — with an exclusive after party in the Prison Cellblock, where you can dance the night away in an unrivalled atmosphere.

Come along a day earlier and enjoy our Talking Tourism Business Forum 'on the move'
Over two inspiring days, you’ll join peers and industry experts to explore new ideas, gain practical strategies, and strengthen your tourism operations.

The forum will run in two parts. It opens on Thursday 5th, with a 1pm ferry departure from Fremantle Docks to Rottnest Island, with a series of of interactive workshops focusing on sustainable tourism, respectful cultural engagement, and the infrastructure required to support the island’s visitor footprint. Spaces for the Thursday workshops are limited.

On Friday morning (9am-12noon), the program continues with talks from industry innovators and changemakers, exploring how AI, AR and emerging technologies are shaping the future of tourism. The day concludes with an industry lunch, offering valuable time to connect, share insights and reflect on the sessions.

All attendees participating in the Forum are also invited to the Welcome Function on Thursday evening on Rottnest Island—an ideal opportunity to network while enjoying the natural beauty of the island.

On Friday morning, the program continues with inspiring talks from industry innovators and changemakers, exploring the role of AI, AR, and emerging technologies in shaping the future of tourism, and will be topped off with an industry lunch—providing valuable time to network, share learnings, and reflect on learnings.


You should know...
No physical tickets needed!
Your tables will be pre-arranged, and the table plan will be accessible via our app or at the venue.

Important deadlines:
  • Submit all guest names and dietary requirements by 13th February
  • No refunds will be granted after 13th February
  • Changes to table plan names must be made by 27th February. After this date, substitute attendees should check the original ticket holder’s name on the table plan and use that for their seating
Please do not bring guests last minute without a ticket. If you wish to bring someone extra last minute - please contact ngillies@qualitytourismaustralia.com and your program manager to see if it is possible.
