- No Access to the Rocks Precinct is guaranteed after 8:30pm.
- No Access for any ticket holders from 8:30pm - 9:30pm to the Rocks Precinct due to Family Fireworks.
- Ticket is invalid for entry to the Rocks Precinct after 10:30pm, but you may still enter the venue if already in the Rocks Precinct after that time.

SITE ACCESS:

- You must present your ticket at the Rocks Precinct Entry Checkpoint at Gate 7a on George Street, or at Gate 8 Access Point on Harrington Street.
Please note that no access to the Rocks Precinct is guaranteed after 8.30pm.
You may be subject to a bag search for security purposes by NSW POLICE & the Orient Hotel Security. 

- BEVERAGE PACKAGE - Strictly only AVAILABLE BETWEEN 6-8PM.

- DRESS CODE – Smart Casual / Dressy.

- Purchased tickets are non-refundable.

- Photo ID is essential.

- Intoxicated persons will not be admitted.

- Gate 7a on George Street, and Gate 8 on Harrington Street are the only entry points to the Rocks Precinct.

- Due to public safety NSW Police can close the Rocks Precinct without notice so arrive early to avoid disappointment.

- Please check Transport NSW for train, light rail, and ferry times of stoppage as these forms of Public Transport to Circular Quay will cease gradually over the afternoon period.

- Public transport & car parks will be affected due to road closures. For public transport information call 131 500 or go to www.livetraffic.com.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Please note this important information: 

- Present your ticket for scanning at the time for admission to the Event.

- Keep your ticket in a safe place and safeguard it as you would money.

- Unauthorised sale or duplication of this ticket will prevent your admittance to the Event. 

- The unique bar code on this ticket can only be used once. 

- If there are duplicate copies of tickets, the Orient Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to all ticket holders. 

- Entry will be refused if the ticket is damaged, altered in any way or not purchased from an authorised point of sale. 

- Tickets will not be refunded after purchase. 

- Proof of age identification must be presented before entrance to the event.
Identification must match the name on the ticket, entered at the time of purchase. 

- Name on ticket can only be changed once after the initial purchase.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: 

1 - Although we will endeavor to adhere to the publicised package contents you accept that The Orient Hotel has the right to alter elements of the event in our sole discretion. 

2 - The right of admission is reserved and is also subject to The Orient Hotel terms of admission. 

3 - There is to be no alcohol to be brought onto the Orient Hotel Property or surrounding areas.

4 - The Orient Hotel will not take responsibility for any loss or damage of personal property.

5 - There are no refunds due to inclement weather, cancellation of fireworks, failure to adhere to any of the ticket information above or these terms and conditions. 

6 - We reserve the right to cancel the event for any reason. In the event of cancellation of the event we will provide a refund less an amount to cover the cost of ticketing. 

7 - There will be no refund on any unused tickets if you or your invitees are asked / required to leave, or if you're unable to attend the event, or if the event concludes before the advertised finish time.

8 - The Orient Hotel Practices the Responsible Service of Alcohol.

9 - Patrons behaving in a disorderly or inappropriate manner may be refused entry or evicted.
