Events policy:

Seating Time: A strict 1.5-hour seating time is applicable from 6:30 am until 8:00 am.
Availability: Valid only from Thursday to Sunday.
Menu: Subject to change based on seasonality.
Payment: Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. Any remaining balance must be settled on the day before departure with a card.
Cancellation: Standard cancellation policy applies with a 72-hour notice (excluding booking fee). For group cancellations, a separate policy applies, and details can be obtained by contacting F&B reservation at 02 9250 6000.

Reservations policy:

Surcharge: Sundays and public holidays incur a 15% service surcharge.
Group Surcharge: A 10% surcharge is applicable for groups of eight or more.
PDR Reservations: Private Dining Room (PDR) reservations require a minimum spend of $2,500 (maximum 18 people).
Service Fee: Both PDR reservations and group reservations will incur a 10% service fee.
Any remaining balance must be settled on the day before departure with a card.
