Join us for the next instalment of Junction Moama’s Masterclass Series with Jim Arrowsmith and Pete Tonge from Pacdon Park, and indulge your senses in a savoury extravaganza like no other!
In 2006, when Jim and Pete, both from Chorley in Lancashire UK, were backpacking around Australia, they couldn’t find a decent pork pie ‘for love nor money’ so decided to make them themselves, and so the business was born! They built their first factory on a pig farm named Pacdon Park in Bunnaloo, rural NSW, and worked hard to convert a derelict dairy shed into a commercial kitchen, tiling for a month, building their own stainless steel benches and pork pie machine. These days Pacdon Park has relocated to the banks of the Mighty Murray River near our twin towns of Echuca Moama. They use the finest local Australian ingredients, Free Range Pork and time and tested traditional recipes to produce magnificent British Foods. This event will take place on Thursday 4th July, with doors open from 6pm for a 6.15pm start, and features a meticulously curated six-course menu featuring an array of delectable pork dishes, with expertly paired beverages. Tickets are $100 each and are strictly limited, with sales close at 5pm sharp on Thursday 20th June or if sold out prior! Terms & Conditions: Junction is a strictly 18+ venue at all times. The menu will be released next week, and is subject to minor alterations without notice.
