Additional information about the event:
  • The food package includes roaming canapes. While Gluten Free and Vegan items are included in the ten different items - we cannot make any changes or provide additional food to cater for specific dietary requirements.
  • The drinks package will include tap beer (mid-strength and full strength), wine and soft drinks.
  • Smart Dress Code applies all day. Management reserves the right to refuse entry. 
  • Entertainment at the venue will include the race live on all TVs, Live Band, DJ, Magician, Horses and more.
  • No table reservations can be made.
  • The event is a standing cocktail party - but various tables/chairs will be available throughout the venue.
  • The venue will open at 10.30am for all cocktail party guests. Free entry to the venue will only be available from 2pm
  • For refund enquiries, please contact Julia via events@leftbank.com.au. Refunds are only available up to 7 days before the event. Refunds are available upon written request before the 31st October - however, the booking fee included in the ticket price is not refundable.
