  • Minimum of 2 tickets with a maximum 10 tickets must be purchased for each session.
  • Guest(s) must purchase a ticket for each person in the group in one transaction. Unfortunately, additional seats cannot be added on the day.
  • For Café Mix, admission of children from 0 (infant) to 3 years old is complimentary with paying adults.
  • For Café Mix, table allocation will be finalised on the day.
  • Any modifications to the date or the session of your ticket will not be permitted after the purchase has been made.
  • 18+ and guests may be required to present a government issued ID (Photo ID, Driver’s License). 
  • Prepayment of this event does not meet the requirements for earning Shangri La Circle points. 
  • Prepayment will not be refunded in the event of no show or cancellation.
  • Prepayment is non-transferable for names or for hotel credits.
  • Please note that the menu is subject to change without notice and additional food and drinks outside of the package is available for purchase on the day.
  • No candles, flowers, props or tableware is to be taken after your experience has ended. Charges may apply for missing items.
  • Sunday and Public Holiday will incur 15% surcharge. Any balance to be paid on the day before departure with card and settlement with card will incur merchant fee.
