To guide you through this wine journey, we are delighted to have Levantine Hill's Head Winemaker, Paul Bridgeman, as our host. With his wealth of experience, including his time as the Winemaker at Yarra Yering and also gracing the likes of De Bortoli and Domaine Jean-Louis Chave, Paul will share fascinating insights into the winemaking process and the distinct characteristics of each wine. By then he was already recognised as one of Australia’s leading winemakers, having spent five years as winemaker at Yarra Yering where he steered the iconic label immediately after the passing of Yarra Valley legend, Dr Bailey Carrodus. Levantine Hill's philosophy of pursuing quality without compromise is a perfect fit with Paul's winemaking values and his passion for small batch winemaking. Paul sets the direction of Levantine Hill's wines, highlighting the intricacies and unique characteristics of their two famous vineyards. |
