EL TEQUILEÑO, was first created in 1959 by Don Jorge Salles Cuervo and was named to honour the birthplace of tequila. In 1970, he invited his son, Juan Antonio to join the business, after a life-time of work, in 2018 Juan wasn recognised for this achievement and was bestowed the title of Gran Tequilero by the National chamber of Tequila. Only 4 people have ever been awarded this designation. 

Our agave specialist from CNV Liquor will treat you to an EL TEQUILEÑO cocktail on arrival, as well as the following tequilas throughout the evening:

- EL TEQUILEÑO PLATINUM
- EL TEQUILEÑO REPOSADO
- EL TEQUILEÑO ANEJO

We will also be showcasing a premium cocktail created with EL TEQUILEÑO to finish your evening.

During the night you will enjoy a full 4 course set menu designed by head chef Leo Legname, that teams together authentic Mexican flavours & techniques with fresh Australian produce.

Mejico's Signature guacamole, served with plantain chips

Swordfish tostada, aji amarillo dressing, jalapeno pearls, habanero crisps
Chile pork relleno, mole blanco, pomegranate

Beef birria tacos, beef consommé, pico de gallo
Mussel pot, dark lager, capers 

For the whole table to share:
Cochinillo asado, assortment of salsas and sauces
Mexican Bomba rice and gorditas

Choco-flan cake, mandarin creme fraiche, grated dark chocolate
