2his Valentine’s Day, treat your loved one to an evening of panoramic perfection and culinary delights, overlooking sparkling Sydney Harbour.

Enjoy a flute of Veuve Clicquot Champagne upon arrival, followed by a five-course dinner of sumptuous cuisine by
Executive Sous Chef, Michele Menegazzi.

Sydney Rock oysters with green apple granite and choice of entrée, main, and dessert are among delicate dishes awaiting your delight. Revel in romance with a show-stopping signature dessert, amid spectacular views spanning Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House.

Valentine’s Day Dinner will take place in Altitude Restaurant on Level 36 on Tuesday, 14th February 2023 at 6 pm.

  • 15% surcharge apply on Public Holidays.
  • 10% surcharge is applicable for groups of ten or more.
  • Minimum of 2 tickets with a maximum 10 tickets must be purchased for each session
  • Guest(s) must purchase a ticket for each person in the group in one transaction. Unfortunately, additional seats cannot be added on the day.
  • Please note that the specific menu are subject to change without notice based on availability.
  • Quality beverage package including sparkling, wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks are available to purchase on the day. Alcoholic beverages will only be available for guests aged 18+ years and guests may be required to present photo ID.
  • No candles, flowers, props or tableware is to be taken after your experience has ended. Charges may apply for missing items.
Any balance is to be paid on the day before departure by cash or card.
Free cancellation prior to 1st December 2022 (excluding booking fees) however if booking cancelled after 1st December 2022, prepayment will not be refunded and the prepayment is non-transferable for names or for hotel credits.
