Head chef Erry Saliman has created a totally vegan menu, full of iconic summer produce sourced from a variety of our favourite suppliers, designed to celebrate and delight all the senses! In classic INDU style, this dinner is a celebration of the heart-warming spices and flavours of the subcontinent.
