Ticket Information:

ENTRY CONDITIONS
This event is 18+ / NO ID means NO ENTRY.
Tickets can be presented on a mobile phone or on a printed copy. All entrances will be located at the corner of Andrews Road/Riverside Road.
There’ll be two separate queues at the entrance – a priority queue on the left side for ticket holders / a queue for door sales on the right side.
NO PASSOUTS.

PRIORITY FOR TICKET HOLDERS UNTIL 2PM
From midday until 2pm, online ticket holders are guaranteed priority entrance through a separate line. We there advise ticket holders to arrive before 2pm to guarantee a speedy entry to through our priority lane and avoid being stuck in the queue.
Online tickets will still be valid after 2pm, but no priority will be guaranteed - meaning you'll have to line up in the General Admissions queue to gain access.
The Left Bank has these XMAS EVE event entry rules every year to manage the crowd and capacity in the best way - so don't @ us! (:

NO NAME CHANGES NEEDED
You cannot change names on tickets. The name of the ticket and ID don’t need to match though. We’re focusing on whether the ticket is valid and whether you have your valid photo ID with you when you arrive at the event.

DOOR SALES
Only limited tickets will be available at the door from midday.

RESALE OF TICKETS
Please be aware of scammers pretending to sell legit tickets on Facebook and other Social Media sites. The Left Bank and Sideshow Perth do not take responsibility for lost or stolen tickets and do not take responsibility for tickets purchased second hand. We are working with Tixel who provide a safe and easy place for you sell your ticket to another fan, if you are no longer able to attend the event. To sell your ticket please go to tixel.com/sell and follow the prompts. If you have already found a buyer for your ticket but want to complete the transaction safely, you can create a private sale by selecting the ‘make my listing private’ option at the final step.

REFUNDS
The event organisers are confident that the event will go ahead as long as there is no complete snap lockdown in the Perth Metro Area. Ticket holders are only eligible tor a refund in the unlikely event of a lockdown/cancellation of the event. The booking fee is not refundable as it is payable to the ticketing system MyGuestlist. The event organisers do not issue refunds simply for a change of mind. We recommend using Tixel if you want to pass on/sell your ticket.
