Spring Vegan Night
Spring is one of Australia’s most fruitful seasons for fresh produce! We are celebrating with a vegan feast designed to delight all the senses!
Head Chef Erry Saliman, will be working with our suppliers to create a beautiful vegan menu showcasing our favourite time of the year!

In classic INDU style, this dinner is a celebration of the heart-warming spices and flavours of the subcontinent.

SAMPLE set menu includes:

Crispy Rice Papadam with salted sesame brittle, lime
(ADD ON) INDU Turmeric Bread with cultured cashew butter for $4ea

Pani Puri with coconut chutney, fenugreek, charred tomato
Aloo Masala Cigars with cumin & soy cream

Lamprais with coconut rice, potato cutlet, lampara curry, lunu miris & papadam
Green Bean Mallung with acharu vinaigrette, roasted chickpea
Paruppu Moong Dal with black mustard seeds
