At Altitude Restaurant, revel in the magically festive atmosphere as you take in the twinkling sights of Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House. Across a five-course share-style menu, you will savour traditional festive favourites including oysters and prawns, roast turkey and Australia’s Christmas must-have; Pavlova!
Of course, it wouldn’t be Christmas without classic fruit mince tarts and a delicious Yule Log by Head Pastry Chef, Kumiko Endo.

Gather your nearest and dearest for a traditional Christmas lunch buffet in the spectacular Grand Ballroom, complete with your favourite festive treats. Shangri-La’s culinary team have created a lavish yuletide menu, with all the traditional trimmings for your family to enjoy.

Savour the most wonderful time of the year with sumptuous Australian seafood, delicious carvery stations, classic terrines, charcuterie, luscious salads, antipasto and cheerily more. As a festive finale, we’ll be making spirits bright with many merry desserts including a traditional Christmas pudding, cherry compote with crème anglaise and a passionfruit pavlova roulade.

A truly unforgettable Christmas reunion awaits at the Grand Ballroom.

Events policy:
  • 15% surcharge apply on Public Holidays.
  • 10% surcharge is applicable for groups of ten or more.
  • Minimum of 2 tickets with a maximum 10 tickets must be purchased for each session
  • Guest(s) must purchase a ticket for each person in the group in one transaction. Unfortunately, additional seats cannot be added on the day.
  • Please note that the specific menu are subject to change without notice based on availability.
  • Quality beverage package including sparkling, wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks are available to purchase on the day. Alcoholic beverages will only be available for guests aged 18+ years and guests may be required to present photo ID.
  • No candles, flowers, props or tableware is to be taken after your experience has ended. Charges may apply for missing items.
Any balance is to be paid on the day before departure by cash or card.
Free cancellation prior to 1st December 2022 (excluding booking fees) however if booking cancelled after 1st December 2022, prepayment will not be refunded and the prepayment is non-transferable for names or for hotel credits.
