It’s o-fish-al: we’re throwing a carb-party to celebrate the best Italian fare! From August 19 to 21, dive into four courses of seafood and pasta with a sweet dessert for lunch priced at $79pp. Sail through plates of cured salmon pasta salad, house-made prawn gnocchi, crab-filled pasta shells, and dessert ravioli you’ll soon be hooked on.

PAN SEARED HOUSE-MADE PRAWN GNOCCHI
Prawns, saffron, tomato sugo, tarragon, chilli & Martini dry vermouth

FRASER ISLE SPANNER CRAB FILLED PASTA SHELLS
Conchiglie filled pasta with sweet crab meat, sautéed leeks and pink sauce

DESSERT RAVIOLI
Fried ravioli filled with ricotta, topped with chocolate Jaffa sauce and candy floss
