After a short hiatus, our incredible vegan night is back to delight you this winter! We know no better way to keep warm then with a killer Sri-Lankan inspired feast. Chef Erry Saliman has created a beautiful menu featuring some of the finest vegan dishes we have ever tried! Erry has sourced some great winter produce from all around our amazing country: Choose to add on some Manjimup truffles straight from Western Australian. Our potatoes are lovingly grown in Southern Hill, New South Wales. Urban Green supply all of our micro herbs & they are grown right here in Sydney City! This lively menu is sure to excite your tastebuds. In classic INDU style, this dinner is a celebration of the heart-warming spices and flavours of the subcontinent. Set menu includes: Devilled Cashew, kashmiri chilli, lime, curry leaf on arrival Course 1 Beetroot “Tartare”, seeni spices, finger lime on cassava crackers Jerusalem Artichoke, thuna paha, roasted garlic Course 2 Kiri Pan Bun, onion sambol, sweet & spicy tomato sambol, pol sambol Course 3 Polos Curry, young jackfruit, roasted rice Wambotu Moju, hot eggplant salad with pistachio & coconut Roast Potato, kaju maluwa, coconut curd Charred Cabbage Malung, mustard seed, curry leaf Parsley Sambol, fermented onion pickle Amma’s Daal, red lentil mustard seed, fresh ground coconut Basmati Rice Course 4 (Tables of 2-3’s, will receive choice of 1, tables of 4+ will receive both) Coconut Pannacotta, jaggery black rice pudding, toasted coconut, sesame brittle Jackfruit Granita, cardamom semifreddo, cumquat Additional add ons: Kottu Roti, kiri hodi, and lunumiris (2nd Course) Lemon Rice (to replace basmati rice) Add Manjimup truffle $20 (per piece) Grab your loved ones and feast in our underground terracotta-and-spice haven, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of George Street.
