Sydney’s small bars are some of the best in the world, and this March Opera Bar & Bacardi-Martini Australia are bringing some of the very best together for one giant harbourside celebration. 

Imagine all your favourite late-night haunts joining forces for a daytime, sun-drenched festival featuring drinks from some of the best creative minds to ever grace the bar industry. Heavyweights Maybe Sammy, RE, PS40, the Roosevelt will sit alongside newcomers like About Time, Banco and Hickson House

It’s all about celebrating our city’s great small bars, the incredible cocktails they create, and the talented humans who make them.

There will be 7 featured bars each day, featuring their star bartenders serving up two cocktails each. Tickets are $49 per person and include entry to the session of your choice and three cocktails from your chosen bars. The sessions run between 12pm - 7pm on both Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 April.
