Create a more positive, calmer you and increase your sense of gratitude and happiness with well-being journaling.Over this one and a half hour session held online, we will explore the benefits of journaling, how to relax and start journaling.

We will learn different art journaling techniques, go over writing prompts and how to create a life changing new habit which will assist you in all aspects of your life.

- Dreams, goals and little victories
- Mindful journaling

You’ll also receive some writing prompts designed to get you started or assist you delve deeper into your journaling discovery journey, plus gain access to our Journaling accountability facebook group (where you’ll have a chance to build your routine, ask questions and check in with Chrissy and other participants)
