There is also the option to add on a National Trust Gift Bag to any afternoon tea ticket 

This ticket add on, available for an additional $35 includes a copy of  the amazing illustrated book on a selection of the National Trust (Victoria) gardens by acclaimed garden historian Dr Anne Vale.
Plus a complimentary guided tour of the gardens on a Tuesday or Wednesday. 
**The tour voucher is valid to redeem within 12 months.
**This ticket is only available in conjunction with the purchase of at least 1 High Tea ticket.
