Conditions of entry
In line with the new public health order announced by the Queensland Government, as of the 17th of December 2021, all guests of the hotel aged 16 and over must be fully vaccinated in order to dine, drink or attend an event at the hotel. 

The hotel will have a dedicated checkpoint at the entrance of each venue which will require guests to present their vaccinated status. Any guests that are unable to show this status will be denied entry.

Food and Beverage venues where proof of vaccination is required are Terrace Bar, Signature Restaurant, Belle Epoque (seated dining), Piano Bar and Conference & Event Rooms.
