Golden glamour awaits as you welcome the New Year in The Ritz-Carlton’s Songbird Bar overlooking the stunning Elizabeth Quay and the city skyline. Delight in spectacular surrounds, DJ and vocals by our weekend musician Maz whilst savouring in gourmet canapés including freshly shucked oysters, house smoked salmon blinis, Abrolhos Islands scallops, confit duck and grilled lamb paired with the finest champagne beverage packages.
