Evans & Tate 50 Years Dinner

Join us at Hearth Restaurant for a special dinner celebrating Evans & Tate’s 50 years of crafting wine on Thursday 23 September at 6.30pm. The dinner will take you on a journey of Western Australia with the 5-course menu plus canapés featuring Port Hedland scampi, Manjimup rainbow trout, Arkady lamb, Rose Mallee wagyu and Dellendale camembert ice cream paired with Evans & Tate wines. Evans & Tate adhere to a philosophy of quality and distinction, from the trusted and familiar styles that have been their anchor for decades, to fresh and progressive wines that lead the industry and reward wine lovers. The Redbrook Reserve range, largely showcased during the dinner, represents the pinnacle of Evans & Tate’s winemaking. Encompassing Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay, with fruit sourced from the original 1974 Redbrook site, the varietals are a bold, thought-provoking expression of the region. Additionally on the night, Evans & Tate will launch their very limited run of 50th year magnums. The third course will be paired with the 2019 Gnangara Reserve Shiraz, served in magnum format. WA Regional Taster for the Halliday Wine Companion Erin Larkin will MC the evening and interview Evans & Tate’s Senior Winemaker Matt Byrne and Hearth’s Executive Sous Chef Danny Feng.
