Grand Masquerade New Year's Eve Gala Menu First Course: Asparagus and parmesan panna cotta with toasted almond crumb Second Course: South Australian Tasting Plate Rock Lobster, fennel, and dill jelly with sour cream Spencer Gulf king prawns with avocado, lime, and sriracha cocktail sauce Orange and dill cured kingfish Third Course: Pan cooked duck breast with caramelised fig, butternut pumpkin puree, and asparagus Fourth Course: Oven-roasted beef tenderloin with fondant potatoes, black garlic, broad beans and baby carrots Fifth Course: Mini dessert selection Salted caramel mousse with caramel popcorn served in a chocolate cup Vanilla panna cotta with raspberry Citrus tart with a burnt meringue Strawberry yoghurt macaron with white chocolate Menu items are correct at the time of publishing but may be subject to change.
