Kingscliff Beach Hotel is holding a Gin Dinner on Thursday, April 15 at 6:30 pm. Hosted by Lee Potter Cavanagh (several-time Australian Bartender of the Year and Adelaide Hills Distillery brand ambassador) and Trish Brew (Fever-Tree national brand ambassador), you will leave this evening feeling like a gin connoisseur (bragging rights included 😜). If that's not enough, enjoy a classic gin and tonic on arrival made with 78° Classic Gin, Fever-Tree Indian tonic and lemon!

Starter – Oyster, salmon & kingfish tasting plate
Paired with a 78° Better Gin Highball (78° Better Gin, 78° Dry Vermouth, Fever-Tree yuzu and lime soda, mint, lime) 

Main – Miso Spotted Red Emperor with Jinzu gin, sesame and steamed greens
Paired with a 78° Desert Gin Mule (78° Desert Gin, 78° Bitter Orange, Fever-Tree spiced orange ginger ale, orange) 

Dessert – Strawberry salad, mint and bitter chocolate with hazelnut crunch 
Paired with a 78° Sunset Gin Spritz (78° Sunset Gin, 78° Rose Vermouth, Fever-Tree grapefruit soda, sliced strawberries)
