Sparkling Wine cocktail education experience
Session Overview Lighter style and lower alcohol cocktails have been growing in popularity over the last year or so. So, what is all the fuss about? This 1-hour session will take you through the different components of Sparkling Wine Cocktails and why various flavours work well together. This interactive class will give attendees the opportunity to taste different sparkling wines as well as make some tried and tested cocktails or experiment with your own creations! Includes 3 cocktails that you will make yourself throughout the duration of the event as well as a matching antipasto platter to share. When: Tuesday 30th March & the 4th of May at 6pm $49 per person Session Breakdown 5 mins –Session Introduction 5 mins –Characteristics of Sparkling Wine (including tasting) 5 mins –Getting to know garnishes -Group to smell and taste garnishes, discuss what would work together 5 mins –Example of how to make and garnish one of the cocktails 25 mins –Interactive blending and tasting session 10 mins –Group discussion on creations |
