For those of you who have done one of my previous masterclasses this is will be the most fun one yet. We will embark on a food and wine journey like no other featuring sparkling wines from all around the globe perfectly matched with food from these famous wine and food regions. We have a fun team of hosts to make the event fun and engaging, we have Cam from Negotiants Wines, & Matt from Samuel Smith & Sons, food presented by our executive chef Malcolm and of course our resident food and wine guru Terry will be there to tie the whole thing together.
