Matt Moran Aria Dinner at Hearth Restaurant
Join Chef Matt Moran at Hearth Restaurant for the Aria takeover dinner on Tuesday 23 and Wednesday 24 March at 6.30pm, presented by the West Australian Good Food Guide.

Chef Matt Moran and Aria Executive Chef Joel Bickford have designed a six-course menu highlighting Western Australian producers including Leeuwin Coast Akoya oysters and Rose Mallee wagyu beef.

Each course will be paired with an exceptional Western Australian wine or an innovative non-alcoholic pairing.

The full menu will be released to ticket holders in early March and dietaries will be considered.

One of Australia’s most renowned and recognised chefs, Matt has long been a champion of seasonal, local produce and opened Aria in 1999. Joel joined Aria as Executive Chef in 2018 and embraces a cooking style that highlights seasonal Australian ingredients with a balance between simplicity, extravagance, deference and innovation.

This exclusive Perth six-course dinner experience is $329 (inc. BF) per person inclusive of beverage pairing.
