Experience an intimate and interactive eight-course modern and meaningful dinner menu with Chef Danny, blending the finest Western Australian produce with Southern China flavour paired with Howard Park wines from the South West. Each course brings a symbolic meaning of wealth, longevity, cleverness, surplus, peace, good fortune and family reunion. The menu features Burns Beach abalone, Lancelin crayfish, Wagin duck and Heard Island toothfish.
