Celebrate Chinese New Year with our Executive Sous Chef Danny (Ziyuan) Feng’s modern twist on Chinese cuisine.

Experience an intimate and interactive eight-course modern and meaningful dinner menu with Chef Danny, blending the finest Western Australian produce with Southern China flavour paired with Howard Park wines from the South West.

Each course brings a symbolic meaning of wealth, longevity, cleverness, surplus, peace, good fortune and family reunion.

The menu features Burns Beach abalone, Lancelin crayfish, Wagin duck and Heard Island toothfish.

Award-winning winery Howard Park has been a pioneering West Australian winery since 1986, as one of the earliest adopters of multi-regional fruit sourcing; a champion of the cool-climate Great Southern wine region and the world-renowned Margaret River. The result is the work of heritage and family – more than three decades handcrafting wines of provenance and elegance.

Dine with us from Thursday 11 February to Saturday 13 February at 6.30pm in The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge on level six overlooking the stunning Elizabeth Quay, for $288 per person all inclusive.
