In line with market trends, Plumm worked closely with Australia’s leading sommeliers to design a contemporary set of ultra-fine European glassware that suits the novice through to the expert.
Sommelier’s in NSW and VIC, including our very own Matt Dunne workshopped different shapes and sizes and compared these against competitor glasses. The result was a move to a more angular shape, minimal intervention, design for wine, polished rim, authentic delivery from aroma to palate. Three different shapes were created (#1, #2, #3) to accommodate all wine styles. Wine can be complicated but glassware shouldn’t be. Join us on Thursday, 3rd December for multiple 30-minute sessions from 5-8pm and experience the difference with Plumm Glassware, hosted by none other than Matt Dunne.
