Deep Woods Wine Dinner at Hearth Restaurant - 21 October

Join us at Hearth Restaurant for an exquisite evening with Margaret River’s Deep Woods Estate on Wednesday 21 October at 6.30pm. The four-course dinner includes Geraldton kingfish, Manjimup marron, dry aged beef and Bahen & Co chocolate dessert paired with Deep Woods Estate wines. On the night guests will have an exclusive opportunity to taste and purchase a pre-release of the new Deep Woods Estate Reserve range. The Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is one of Australia’s most awarded Cabernets, including the coveted Jimmy Watson award. The evening will be hosted by Hearth’s Executive Chef Jed Gerrard and Deep Woods Estate Head Winemaker Julian Langworthy and Senior Winemaker Andrew Bretherton. Established in 1987, Deep Woods’ unique viticultural practices, together with Margaret River’s exceptional climate and soil, deliver superior-quality fruit of intense flavour year to year.
