We encourage all guests to arrive via public transport. The Toowong City Cat Ferry Terminal is located directly out the front of the Regatta Hotel and offers convenient access to our venue.  | To ensure seamless entry on the day, we recommend attending our Pre-registration Session, to collect your wristband ahead of the crowd. Pre-registration Session Date: Saturday, 31 October Time: 2pm - 4pm Pre-registration will be setup within the Regatta Hotel’s Courtyard Area. Guests will be required to show their tickets. |
If you do not have a printed ticket, please simply state the first and last name the tickets were purchased under and you will be provided with wrist bands for the amount of tickets purchased. If you have booked a large group under one name, we suggest that you do collect wrist bands during the pre-registration time slot to avoid congestion and register lines on the day. When you arrive on the day, please ensure all guests are wearing their wrist bands for entry into the Melbourne Cup Gala Event. This wristband will grant access to the Level 1 Function Spaces and The Walrus Club. Please note, we are unable to provide replacements for any lost wrist bands. |
