Our Fin’s Navy Strength is the stuff of local legends.  Made from the same botanicals as our Founders Gin, the higher ABV at 57% delivers a dramatic, yet unexpected transition of the flavours found in our much-loved Founders.  Delicious, beautifully balanced and incredibly smooth, Fin’s is a firm favourite with a good tonic, but also enjoyed neat, despite its strength.

Palate - Juniper forward with crisp dry spice / woody notes of Cassia bark, with flavours coating the palate. 

Finish - The spirit flavours bring crisp dry notes, balanced with oils to give a smooth and silky texture that delivers a long-lasting finish.
