Street food in Sicily was hugely popular well before food magazines made this type of food cool. Along every street corner, and in every market, kiosk and hole in the wall, there are stalls offering ready-to-eat local food. Everything is hyper-regional - with menu items made by ingredients that you can only find within hundreds of metres of the stall! Chef Lino is honouring this gastronomic tradition by bringing the street food of Sicily to Sydney! From SFINCIONE (thick flatbread seasoned with tomato sauce, anchovies & Pecorino cheese), to BRUSCHETTA E RICCI DI MARE (warm sourdough rye bread with garlic & sea urchin) to GRANITA DI MANDORLE, LIMONE E CAFFE (almond, lemon & coffee granita) you'll be in heaven at this fun and flavoursome street food party!
