Thursday 27th August: Ribs & Red - SOLD OUT We'll demonstrate how we glaze and smoke our ribs, and pair it with red wine while you enjoy our classic smoked meats with sides and dessert Thursday 22nd October: Brisket & Bourbon - SOLD OUT What we are best known for, our smoked brisket! We will talk you through selecting a cut, what rubs work best and how we smoke, then serve it to you with a selection of our other smoked meats, paired with Bourbon, sides and dessert Please note that due to the Covid-19 situation, all previous ticket holders have been refunded and we have had to reduce the capacity of our next session. Further masterclasses will be released as the restrictions ease and more information is released to the public, to ensure we can remain compliant with WA Government regulations. |
