These delicious afternoon tea treats with flavours of Western Australia are perfect for any memorable occasion. 

Menu includes 2 serves of each item:
  • Spiced pumpkin and ginger tart, wild puffed rice
  • Smoked lamb, harrisa, celery remoulade
  • Cured ocean trout, citrus mayo, pickled radish
  • Rosemary and olive oil madelaine
  • Buttermilk scone, whipped vanilla cream, seasonal preserves
  • Strawberry basil tart, basil almond cream custard, fresh strawberry, basil
  • Paris brest, choux paste, infused hazelnut, whipped ganache, salted caramel sauce
  • Finger lamington, coconut ganache, davidson plum gel
