Have you ever wanted to learn how to make an amazing brunch in your own home?

South Wharf restaurants connect bring you the next installment of our online and interactive experiences where you will master the art of poaching your own eggs & making the perfect french toast.

What is a brunch without bubbles?  You also have the option of adding a bottle of premium sparkling or Prosecco that will be delivered with your ingredients so you can have your own sparkling brunch at home.


In this class you will make:

  • Strawberry and Vanilla French Toast 

  • Eggs Benedict with potato lakte


You will need:
  • 2 small to med sized sauce pans

  • 1 med sized heat proof bowl

  • a whisk

  • a small ovenproof dish and 

  • 1 large mixing bowl

If you don't have any of the above you can purchase your very own to be delivered with your ingredients.

Have a few over?  you can add additional ingredients to cater for more.

Transferring classes to another date may be completed if the request is received at least 14 days before your scheduled class.

Transfer requests will not be considered if it is less than 14  days before your scheduled class.

Transfers will only be considered if another identical course is listed and has places available.

If you are unable to attend a booked class, you will be given the opportunity to send someone else to
participate on your behalf (at no additional cost) transfer of name request must be received 24 hours before class.

It is the responsibility of the person booking this course to attend on the booked date, or to inform the intended attendee of the terms and conditions of the booking.
