Left Bank Melbourne presents a unique opportunity to delve into the fascinating works of scotch and learn about the highly skilled process of making Chivas Regal blended Scotch whiskey, all from the comfort of your own home through our virtual Whisky blending class.
This experience will give you the opportunity to actually taste grain whiskey and single malts with distinctive taste profiles such as floral, fruity, creamy, citrus and Smokey. You will be tutored in the craftsmanship of a master blender and making your own unique whiskey at home to enjoy. This event will be led by Hollie Atkinson, Chivas Regal Brand ambassador. Having grown up in the Highlands of Scotland, whisky has always had a strong presence in Hollies life, and as a result, she has developed a passion for scotch whisky. Following her graduation from the University of Glasgow with a Masters degree in Business Management and Sociology, Hollie joined Chivas Brothers and began intensive training at Scottish distilleries, learning from experts in the field. In August 2019, Hollie began her role as Chivas Regal Brand Ambassador and continues to share her passion for the craft and rich heritage of Chivas Regal. There are only twenty spaces for this event so don’t leave it too late to book! Our Chivas experience will be a virtual experience held on the 16th of May at 4pm. Tickets are just $20 and you will receive a voucher to this amount to dine at Left Bank Melbourne when we reopen.
